Research interests

Study of climate-related impact on marine ecosystem resources and the oceanic carbon cycle at regional and global scales; development and implementation of ecological indicators of the marine ecosystem; study of phytoplankton variability in relation to environmental and climate processes using earth observations (in-situ, remote-sensing, model data).
